The new property rental started, launched, last September, allows prospective tenants to ‘swipe’ in Tinder style for rooms and homes.
The platform has already over 100000 searches and, now, has over 6,000 properties in both London and Guildford with further expansion plan in the future.
The startup was co-founded Paul Bennett who started by managing his mother’s small property portfolio in Guildford.
Private landlords and agencies pay only after the property is rented or taken.
The platform uses machine learning while the user swipes left and right and so learns more about their preferences.
So far, over 150 tenants have found their property through the platform.
